Processing Time

All accessory orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship via standard ground carriers unless otherwise specified at checkout. Shipping times vary based on destination.

Estimated transit times:

Texas: 2–5 business days

Outside Texas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Take photos immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email].

Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cactus Containers is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or lost packages. We will assist with carrier claims when possible.
