Chargeback & Dispute Policy

At Cactus Containers, we work hard to provide accurate product listings, fast shipping, and responsive customer service. We also take fraud prevention seriously.

By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the following chargeback and dispute terms.

1) Contact Us First

If you have any issue with your order (shipping delay, damage, wrong item, missing item, or return request), you agree to contact us first before filing a chargeback.

2) Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to:

Cancel any order that appears fraudulent

Request identity verification for high-risk orders

Request additional information before shipment

If the customer refuses verification on a flagged order, the order may be canceled and refunded.

3) Chargebacks Filed Without Contact

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we will submit supporting documentation to the payment processor, which may include:

Order confirmation

Shipping confirmation

Tracking number and delivery confirmation

Product listing details

Customer communication records

Proof of refund policy acceptance at checkout

Chargebacks filed in bad faith may be disputed and escalated.

4) Delivered Orders

If tracking shows the order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

Cactus Containers is not responsible for:

Packages stolen after delivery

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error

Carrier delays, missed scans, or delivery scheduling issues

If your package is missing after delivery, we will assist with a carrier claim when possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

5) Refused or Returned Packages

If a customer refuses delivery or returns a package without an approved return authorization:

Refunds may be reduced by shipping costs

A restocking fee may apply

The order may be treated as a standard return under our Returns Policy

6) Returns & Refunds

Customers agree to follow our published Returns Policy.

Chargebacks filed for orders that qualify under the returns policy will be denied if the customer does not complete the required return process.

7) Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact us immediately.

We will cooperate with investigations and provide all relevant order and delivery information to the payment processor.
