Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused

Item must be in original condition

Item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Used, damaged, modified, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly by us.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products that show signs of use or improper installation

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
